We are looking for qualified individuals to guide for us for the 2018 season. We are the only company in Seward that requires our new guides to come in with prior paddle guiding experience. We are looking for several new guides, but all of our guides from the past two seasons are returning, so new hires will be working with an extremely experienced crew and talented paddlers.
Qualified applicants should be willing to work most days of the summer season. The season is only a few months long and it's extremely busy so we work a lot in a short period. We expect our guides to provide most of their own paddling gear (life jacket, VHF radio, paddle, drysuit, etc.) so as to be extremely familiar with how the gear performs and subsequently present a professional appearance to our clients.
We provide some of the best guide compensation in Seward, and as a company, we are constantly developing new and exciting, cutting-edge trips for our guides to lead. Opportunities exist to guide both paddleboarding and kayaking trips, as well as the potential for participating in multi-day expedition trips.
Please send resume and paddling log to firstname.lastname@example.org
Lead Office Staff

Our office staff coordinates helicopter and water taxi schedules, assembles and prepares overnight trip menus and meals, answers email inquiries and phone calls, and works with the clients while they are in the office.
This is a challenging and extremely rewarding position. Successfully understanding of and coordinating the logistics that come along with with running multiple adventures every day requires skill and an interest in problem solving and learning.
We offer many perks for working with us, including a great wage for the summer season.
