What are these fees added to my trip?

We have several fees that are added onto some of our trips during checkout. 

These fees are not income collected by Liquid Adventures. They are pass-through fees that are sent to the agencies that require them. These fees are a per-person, untaxed amount that we are required to charge our customers, and are not retained or adjuticated by our companies or our staff.  

For customers booking online, there is also a "service charge" added to the booking. This is not charged by our company, nor can we "see" this charge on our end. The booking software charges our customers and collects this fee. We have negotiated the lowest rate in the industry with the software company, and have also convinced them to cap the amount of the fee. We even tried building our own booking software to avoid this standard industry practice, but it was too much to maintain (we're not computer scientists!), so we focused on negotiating a much lower rate than most competitors for this fee.
